Projects were elaborated based on the implantation of a residential complex, with five options of models available and the pre-approval of the city hall. The specifications already include a set of items required by the city's urban development department, such as sidewalk width, harmonization of facades, height and number of floors. In this way, the customer can choose the best type that suits the needs of his family, or even request separate amenities, such as the installation of a swimming pool, in the types available.
